Refund policy

Contact alina@silinexcomponents.com before returning any product. Returns sent without prior written authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility and any applicable request period depend on the product, condition, supply arrangement and terms confirmed at checkout, in the quotation or in the order confirmation. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that apply under relevant law.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or appears materially different from the confirmed order, contact Silinex promptly. Include the order number, manufacturer part number, quantity, issue description, packaging details and supporting photographs. Retain the product and original packaging while the request is reviewed.

Approved returns must follow the return authorization instructions and must normally include the original quantity, packaging and condition. Products may be ineligible for discretionary return where permitted by law if they were:

• Sourced or prepared specifically for an approved quotation
• Opened, used, altered or customer-damaged
• Stored or handled outside the applicable product requirements
• Returned without authorization or required traceability information

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method or another method agreed in writing after the returned product is received and reviewed. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage and customs charges are not refundable unless the return results from a Silinex error or applicable law requires otherwise.
