Terms of service

These terms apply to use of the Silinex website and to inquiries or orders submitted through it. A separate written quotation, order confirmation or sales agreement takes priority where it expressly differs from these website terms.

Website and business use

Customers must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful business or purchasing purposes. Customers are responsible for confirming that the requested components, specifications and quantities are suitable for their intended use.

RFQs and reference prices

An RFQ, BOM submission, excess-inventory submission or general inquiry does not create an order or require Silinex to supply or purchase any product. Prices labelled as reference, indicative or subject to quotation are not binding offers. Final price, availability, date code, condition, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.

Orders and payment

Submitting a checkout order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to availability, product and customer checks, payment, destination eligibility and applicable legal or trade requirements. An order is accepted when Silinex issues an order confirmation.

The transaction currency is USD unless the quotation or order confirmation states otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or specified in the written quotation. Silinex may cancel or decline an order before acceptance where information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, payment fails or the transaction cannot be supported legally or operationally.

Products and availability

Silinex works to present accurate manufacturer part numbers, descriptions, prices and availability. Electronic-component availability and market pricing can change quickly. Customers must review the quotation or order confirmation and report discrepancies before acceptance.

Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping availability, cost and timing follow the Shipping policy and the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, customers pay import duties, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage and destination-country compliance costs.

Title, risk of loss and applicable delivery terms are governed by the written order confirmation or sales agreement. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping and customs information.

Inspection, returns and claims

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report damage, incorrect items or material discrepancies with supporting information. Returns and refunds follow the Refund and returns policy and any product-specific written terms.

Export and lawful use

Customers must comply with applicable export controls, sanctions, customs rules and end-use restrictions. Products must not be ordered, transferred or used for prohibited destinations, persons or purposes. Silinex may request compliance information or decline a transaction where necessary.

Intellectual property

The Silinex name, site design and original site content are owned by or licensed to Silinex. Manufacturer names, trademarks and product information remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission except where applicable law allows.

Service limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Silinex does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous inventory, error-free third-party services or delivery events outside its reasonable control. Any product warranty or commercial remedy is limited to the written terms confirmed for the applicable order and mandatory legal rights.

Silinex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such exclusion is permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

Silinex may update these policies as the website, services or legal requirements change. The version published on the website applies from its stated effective date unless a written agreement states otherwise.
